TRN’s Rusty Humphries Teams with JoinTheTeaParty.US to Host Tea Party Events Nationwide

Affiliates Joining in Include: KDOX AM and FM, Las Vegas and WGST, Atlanta

Central Point, OR – Talk Radio Network’s Rusty Humphries partners with JoinTheTeaParty.US, a non-profit national recruiting engine for the entire tea party movement, and Liberty In America, a non-profit organization encouraging citizens to get involved and help downsize the federal government, to organize and host local tea party rallies in conjunction with the shows affiliates all across the nation. Upcoming rallies include: Sept. 1st in Las Vegas, NV with Humphries affiliate KDOX AM/FM; Sept. 9th in Atlanta, GA with Humphries affiliate WGST hosting the local rally; and Sept. 11th in Bushy Run Battlefield, PA just outside Pittsburgh. The final stop on this leg of the tour is The 9/12 Taxpayer March on Washington organized by FreedomWorks, Tea Party Patriots, National Taxpayers Union, The Institute for Liberty and a host of other great free market groups from around the country.

Humphries will be the host and speaker during the event in Las Vegas in conjunction with his local affiliate KDOX AM and FM, JointheTeaParty.us and Liberty in America. The rally will be held after a fundraiser for Sharon Angle who is running against Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid for the U.S. Senate; one of the most highly publicized Senate races in the nation. Angle will acknowledge and publicly sign the Contract From America, a grassroots-generated, crowd-sourced, bottom-up call for real economic conservative and good governance reform in Congress. The rally is Sept. 1st from 2:00-4:00 p.m. in Las Vegas. Humphries will be broadcasting his show from KDOX’s studios while he is in the Las Vegas area.

The next tour stop will be in Atlanta, GA on Sept. 9th. Humphries affiliate WGST, Atlanta, GA will be promoting the Tea Party event taking place in Acworth, GA just outside Atlanta.  JoinTheTeaParty.US along with Liberty in America will be there with promotional items and give-a-ways. Humphries will be broadcasting his show from WGST’s studios while in the area.

Bushy Run Battlefield just outside Pittsburgh is the next stop, on Sept. 11th. Gates open at 11:00 a.m. program starts at 1:00 p.m. Confirmed speakers include: Dr. Grace Vuoto and Dr. Brad Watson with Humphries as the keynote speaker.

JoinTheTeaParty.US is a nonprofit political action committee for the tea party movement. Rusty is not afraid to say what he thinks or how he feels.
